On our team, we believe some things are worth shaking up—and true inclusion is one of them.

We call ourselves Causin’ a Stir because we refuse to accept a world where barriers keep the people we love from experiencing the same joy, adventure, and sense of belonging as everyone else.

We aren't taking on the Winter Haven Chain of Lakes just for a beautiful day on the water. Every stroke of our paddles carries a purpose: everyone deserves a place to play.

Our crew is brought together by the people we love, the stories we carry, and our shared belief that inclusion shouldn't be an exception—it should be the expectation.

We paddle for family members facing severe illness and life-altering health challenges.

We paddle for friends whose lives changed in an instant because of traumatic accidents, leaving them to navigate a world that wasn't designed with them in mind.

We paddle for children and adults born with unique abilities—beautiful minds and bodies that deserve the same opportunities for fun, adventure, friendship, and unforgettable family memories.

And we paddle for our community, because a community is stronger when nobody is left sitting on the sidelines.

Each member of our crew is challenged to raise $2,500, and together we're working toward our team's $25,000 goal to help make StirringWaters—a 100% accessible aquatic park—a reality.

StirringWaters is being intentionally designed so people with disabilities aren't simply accommodated—they are expected, welcomed, and included from the very beginning.
